Friendly System Group LLC ("we") develops and operates the systems and apps described on this site. This policy explains what data we handle, why, and what you can ask us about it.
On this website we only collect what you type into the contact form: your name, your WhatsApp number, your email address and, if you tell us, the product you are interested in and your message. We do not use third-party analytics tools or tracking pixels.
In our business systems and mobile apps we handle the data you or your company enter in order to run the service: invoicing information, customers, inventory, employees and accounting records, depending on the product you use.
We do not sell your information or hand it to third parties for advertising.
Only with tax authorities when the service itself requires it (for example, submitting electronic receipts to Costa Rica's Ministry of Finance or Honduras' SAR) and with the infrastructure providers that host the systems, under confidentiality agreements.
You can ask us at any time for a copy of your information, its correction or its deletion, by writing to asarmiento@friendlysystemgroup.com. If you stop using our systems, you can export your data before you go.
The free apps published on the App Store store information on the device and, where the app offers it, in the user's own iCloud account. We have no access to that information, and the apps include no in-app purchases and no advertising.
If we change something material, we will update the date in the header and, where appropriate, notify active customers.
